Payment
- Payment made by credit card will be linked to 2CheckOut, (2Checkout.com Inc. is an authorized retailer of bukuMalaysia.com). Kindly note that the currency will automatically change to USD.
- We are using RHB Bank Berhad to receive payments that are directly transfer into our account. It will take about 3-4 working days for the receiving process for countries outside Malaysia. Kindly email us the proof of payment at admin@bukumalaysia.com
- Email us if you wish to made payment using other method eg. Western Union for countries outside Malaysia, or Maybank2u and CimbClicks for customers from Malaysia.
Shipping
- Orders will be processed and shipped after we have confirm your payment.
- All shipping will be made using Pos Malaysia Berhad (registered parcel)
- Arrivals for shipping will vary according to destinations. Usually 3-5 working days within Malaysia, and 1-3 weeks for other countries.
- We offer free shipping for some of our products.
Return Policy
We will guarantee you will receive new and good condition books. Kindly return to us the items that are found to be broken or defective upon delivery or initial use within 30 days in its original packaging and condition for a replacement of the same items at no cost, and we will pay for your returning cost.
